How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Our secure system will guide you step by step.
Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can checkout as a guest. But creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and saves your details for future purchases.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, but only before it’s shipped. If you need to make changes, please contact us right away. Once shipped, changes/cancellations may not be possible.
Do you deliver across Sri Lanka?
Yes, we deliver to most locations across Sri Lanka. For remote areas, delivery times may vary slightly.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically 2–5 business days depending on your location. We’ll send you a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we focus on local deliveries within Sri Lanka. International shipping may be introduced in the future – stay tuned!
