1. Definitions & Interpretation
“We”, “us”, “our”, or “Aleraa” refers to the owner/operator of this online store.

“Website” refers to Aleraa’s site (WordPress-powered).

We strive to display accurate product information (descriptions, images, dimensions, prices). However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you place an order), provided your order has not yet been confirmed.

4. Order & Acceptance

If we decline or cancel your order after payment, we will refund you the full amount paid.

By providing payment information, you represent/confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.
Payment is processed securely via third-party gateways. We do not store your full credit/debit card information.
6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
We will deliver Products to the address you specify in your order.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen factors (e.g. customs, courier delays, weather).
Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you once they are delivered to you (or to the carrier if you arrange your own shipping).
You are responsible for inspecting the Product upon delivery and notifying us of any visible defects or damage within [e.g. 7] days.

Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t guaranteed.

The Service and all Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind (express or implied).
We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Service or Products.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka for any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be struck, and the other provisions shall remain in full force.
13. Electronic Contracts & Validity
Your use of our Service and placing orders constitutes an electronic contract between you and Aleraa. Under Sri Lankan law and relevant acts (such as the Electronic Transactions Act No. 19 of 2006, Intellectual Property laws, and other applicable statutes), such electronic agreements are valid and enforceable.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be struck out, and the remaining provisions remain in force.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing.
