Returns & Exchange Policy

At Aleraa, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, we provide a returns or exchange process under the conditions below.
1. Return & Exchange Timeframe
  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date the product is delivered.

  • The request must be made before the product is shipped back to us.

  • After 7 days, we may not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged.

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • It must not have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged by user misuse.

  • Any free gifts, extras, or accessories included with the original order must also be returned.

  • You should include proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).

3. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include photos clearly showing the damage or defect.

  • We will inspect and, if approved, either replace the item, exchange it, or refund your purchase (including return shipping, if applicable).

4. Return Authorization
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • To obtain an RA number, please contact our support (via email or phone) with:
      • Your name
      • Order number
      • Product(s) you wish to return or exchange
      • Reason for return or exchange

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions and an address to send the item.

  • The RA number is valid only for 21 calendar days from issuance. Returns after that may be rejected.

5. Shipping & Costs
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect), we bear the cost of return shipping.

  • In all other cases, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us.

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Please use a traceable shipping method or courier—Aleraa is not liable for items lost in transit back to us.

6. Refunds / Exchanges
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you (via email) whether your return is approved.

  • If approved:
      a. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (minus any applicable costs) or
      b. Exchange: we will process a replacement and ship it to you.

  • Refunds typically take [e.g. 5–7 business days] to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If part of the order is non-returnable, refund or exchange value will be adjusted accordingly.

7. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

  • Customized, personalized or made-to-order products

  • Products damaged by misuse or not meeting return conditions

8. How to Return
  • Contact our Returns team to request an RA number.

  • Pack the item securely (in original packaging if possible).

  • Clearly write the RA number on the package.

  • Ship to the address we provide (within the validity period).

  • Retain proof of shipping/tracking until the return is completed.

9. Partial Returns / Multiple Items
  • If your order contains multiple items, you may return part or all, as long as each item meets return conditions.

  • Shipping cost adjustments may apply if returning only part of an order.

10. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Returns & Exchange Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date.
